Tramonto

Tramonto is a residential master-planned community located in north Phoenix, just East of I-17 on Carefree Highway. Residents here will enjoy miles of multi-use pathways that can be used for equestrian and bicycle use, as well as pedestrian use, two pools, a basketball court, sand volleyball and two playgrounds. Tramonto is also convenient to shopping and dining. Dear Neighbor, On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to the Tramonto Community Master Association. Here you will find resources to educate yourself as a homeowner of Tramonto, and an opportunity to voice your opinion in dialogue with others living in our community. We make ourselves available at every meeting through a homeowner forum for those who wish to speak to their specific thoughts on any issue, and welcome your participation in helping us maintain and improve our neighborhood. Associated Asset Management (AAM) is our administrator for the homeowner's association, with Dawn Engel as our community manager The overall condition of Tramonto starts with you, the individual homeowner. We strive to maintain a safe and beautiful community, but much of this relies on the eyes and ears of its members. Reporting suspicious behavior through Neighborhood Watch, informing the community manager of property or conditions that exist in the neighborhood that need repair or maintenance, and even picking up litter that has made it past the tireless efforts of our landscaping crews should be the charge of everyone. As a board, we only know of issues that are collectively reported. Expect that through each one of us on the Tramonto HOA Board of Directors, we will continue to manage our community with fiscal responsibility, and with fairness regarding the enforcement of our rules. Everyone who is currently serving on the board has shown attributes and a dedication that reflect the HOA's solid financial status, and the attractiveness that is Tramonto. In the spirit of service, I ask for your observations, thoughts, dedication, and participation to help maintain Tramonto as a model community envied by all Phoenicians.
