The Village at Vistancia

Residents of The Village at Vistancia enjoy access to two exceptional recreation centers that offer year-round activities. The 15,000-square-foot Mountain Vista Club includes an aquatic park with three pools and two waterslides, an indoor basketball gym, four lighted tennis courts, and a spacious game lawn that hosts events throughout the year. The Foothills Center spans six acres and features a six-lane lap pool, a children’s playground, and a shaded picnic ramada. The community is also home to two K–8 elementary schools—Vistancia Elementary and Lake Pleasant Elementary—both conveniently located within walking distance for neighborhood children.
