Spectrum at Val Vista

William S. Lund, former son-in-law to Walt Disney had a vision to create a master planned community in Gilbert, Arizona that would be created out of a rich, rural culture to promote a carefree lifestyle for its residents. In 2003, Mr. Lund’s vision became a reality with the creation of the Spectrum at Val Vista; a top-rated master-planned community of 1,432 homes. With miles of walking trails, acres of green space, tennis, basketball courts, playgrounds, and a 3,800 sq. ft. community center, the Spectrum at Val Vista is a place where all generations can grow together.
