Palm Valley Phases II and III

Palm Valley is an expansive 9,000-acre master-planned community located in the City of Goodyear, situated in the West Valley of the Phoenix metro area, just 20 miles west of downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor International Airport. Phases II and III of Palm Valley feature residential subdivisions adjacent to the Phil Mickelson-designed Palm Valley Golf Club, along with open spaces, parks, and the Palm Valley Community Center.
