Legacy Villas

Our History: Legacy Villas is a proud community of 93 single-family homes located in North Central Phoenix near N. 19th Ave. & W. Greenway Pkwy. Established in November 1994 under the name Turf Village II, the original homeowner’s association was called Twenty Second Avenue Homeowner’s Association. Turf Village II was transferred in June 1997 into the name Legacy Villas, LLC. And in July 1997, the stockholders of Twenty Second Avenue Estates amended Article I and changed the name of their homeowner’s association to Legacy Villas Homeowners Association. Our HOA Board Members are dedicated to ensuring the beauty, safety, and stability of our community, promoting neighborliness and pride among the residents, and forming a base for representation in matters affecting the community.
