Eastgate

Eastgate Home Owners Association was incorporated February 22, 1994 and opened May 15, 1995 with 131 homes on extra-large lots. This "over 55" community was formed as a co-op where each home owns 1/131 of the property. The co-operative ownership has allowed the residents to control their HOA fees to make this community a very affordable place to reside. We are located at the base of Superstition Mountain, just minutes from downtown Mesa and Apache Junction for all your shopping needs and care facilities. At Eastgate we pride ourselves in the daily contribution of individuals to our community's well-being. We have very active residents who are involved in maintaining and improving the property. Plus, we sponsor many social events each month, like cards, arts & crafts, fun food gatherings, holiday celebrations, and so much more, including outings around town and golf groups. We have many year-around residents and "snowbirds" from several locations across the US and Canada, and by sharing common values and fun gatherings together, we can increase the quality of life for each individual in our community. We have so much to offer our owners including a beautiful clubhouse with a community room, library, exercise area, and pool-table room. We also have amazing outdoor activity center with 4 shuffleboard courts, 2 pickle ball courts, 2 bocce ball courts, swimming pool, and hot tub.
