Country Place is a 673-acre master-planned community located in southwest Phoenix, just two miles south of Interstate 10 at the intersection of 99th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road. It is the largest planned community in Estrella Village. Residents will enjoy miles of multi-use pathways designed for equestrian, bicycle, and pedestrian use, along with a proposed 10-acre park and smaller pocket parks featuring children's play areas.
