The Casa Del Rey Community Association is nestled within the Camino á Lago master-planned community in the scenic north Peoria. Located west of Lake Pleasant Parkway and south of Williams Road, this thoughtfully designed community offers convenient access to the Camino á Lago Marketplace, a vibrant mixed-use village center featuring 500,000 square feet of retail, shops, and residential spaces. The neighborhood is also just a short drive from essential amenities, Lake Pleasant Regional Park, and both the Loop 101 and 303 freeways. Casa Del Rey at Camino á Lago is one of four communities within the larger Camino á Lago development. Construction began in 2004, with Engle Homes building the first homes in 2005, and the community was completed in 2017 by Garrett-Walker Homes. Casa Del Rey is home to 497 residences, six parks, and one desert open space with trails. The community includes two homeowners’ associations: all 497 homes are part of the Master Community Association, and 151 homes are also part of an additional sub-association.
