Apache Wells

Our 55+ adult community, located in Mesa, Arizona, about 20 minutes east of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, is made up of 1,414 homes. Some of our residents are retired, some still work, many are snowbirds and all are active adults. Apache Wells could be your new home to connect with others, stop and chat with neighbors, relax or swim at the pool/spa, work out in the Fitness Center or have a game of shuffleboard. Be sure to check out the Apache Wells Country Club, which is a semi-private 18-hole golf course. In the Activity Complex there is a library, craft room, game room, ceramics, billiards, and lapidary. The woodworkers have their own woodshop building. Outdoor games are also available and include pickleball, bocce ball, softball as well as plenty of other activities, clubs and groups.
